What are your massage candles made of?

The main ingredients for the candles are:
Hydrogenated Soy Bean Oil, Coconut Oil, Sweet Almond Oil, Fragrance, Shea Butter, Vitamin E, Jojoba Oil

What can I use massage candles for?

Our massage candles can be used for traditional massage, self-massage, intimate massage. They can also be used as skin care on a regular basis, for example, as hand moisturizer.

What is the candle container made of?

The candle container is made of ceramic.

Can I use your candles as aromatic candles for my room?

Our candles are designed for using on skin. For this reason the scent of our massage candles is not as strong as aromatic candles. So even though there is some scent around the candles when it burns, it's not string enough to fill your room with the candle smell.

How to wash off the wax after massage?

We do not recommend washing off the candle oils after massage. It is safe to leave it on your skin. Is it moisturizing and nourishing the skin.

However, if you need to wash it off you can just use your regular soap or body wash and water.

How can I place an order?

Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?

Unfortunately, once an order is confirmed, it cannot be modified or canceled. Please review your order carefully before completing the purchase.

SHIPPING & RETURNS

How can I track my order?

Soon after placing your order you will receive an email with a link to track your order. This is an automatic process: the tracking information is provided and updated by the shipping carrier. Please refer to our Shipping policy for more details.

Can I return the candles?

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

To start a return, you can contact us at support@aoiadult.com. Please note that returns need to be approved before sending it back. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Do you offer international shipping?

At this time we offer shipping in the US (50 states and Puerto Rico) and Canada.
